Services - Costs

We try to bill monthly on on-going Litigation, Employment and Family matters and at least quarterly for Probate matters.  We will always try to advise you of the likely costs to the next important point and if possible the overall costs.  If costs look as if they will be more than initially thought we will notify you prior to the work being undertaken.

Most Buying and Selling of Property, Will and Enduring Power of Attorney work is done on a fixed fee basis although we do reserve the right to review that if a matter becomes unexpectedly complex.

We will try to give you an indication of costs at our first meeting so you can take that into account in deciding whether to proceed or not.   There are some fees payable to other like Court fees, Land Registry Fees and Stamp Duty over which we have no control but we can tell you what they are likely to be before you start.
